Maintenance Coordinator

About Us:
UE LINE INC is a fast‑growing U.S. trucking company committed to safe, on‑time deliveries. Our fleet department keeps over 200 trucks running smoothly—and we’re looking for a organized and efficient Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

Plan & Schedule: Set up maintenance appointments and monitor upcoming services
Communicate: Talk and write clearly with U.S. drivers, shop personnel, and internal teams
Support Drivers: Be the first point of contact for breakdowns, repair questions, and emergency needs
Record Keeping: Log completed services and update our maintenance database


Qualifications:

Experience in maintenance coordination or related support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

Requirements:

No prior experience needed—we’ll teach you everything
Strong verbal and written English skills (you’ll be talking to U.S. customers and vendors)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in the trucking industry is a plus.
