Responsibilities

Process freight claims (loss, damage, shortage, delay) per company policies
File and track claims with carriers/insurance providers through resolution
Meet all legal and regulatory timeframes for claims processing
Maintain detailed records of submissions, correspondence, and outcomes
Collaborate with dispatch, accounting, safety, and legal teams

Requirements

Fluent English (verbal and written)
Proven trucking industry experience in claims and risk management
Knowledge of carrier contracts, freight insurance policies, and claims regulations
Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
