I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provides operational power by developing and maintaining electrical systems; managing staff. Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going maintenance, and testing programs; scheduling repairs; coordinating shut-downs and installations. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations. Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate the various processes in power generation during the shift such as; delivery of quality product and service to the customer, operation of the diesel generator sets.
• Coordinate with customer on fuel management, plant testing and plant loading.
• Ensure plant availability is maintained or near acceptable percentage.
• Ensure that the plant is operating according to contract.
• Handle daily plant dispatch as required by customer.
• Prepare parallel computation on heat rate and capacity test.
2. Discuss and update operation plan with the Plant Manager.
• Responsible for the smooth and continuous operation of the plant in his shift assignment.
3. Check light fuel/lube oil analysis results against Light Fuel/Lube Oil Standards.
• Document non-conformance found in the analysis of light fuel/lube oil and the corrective actions taken.
4. Implement corrective and preventive action if there are any non-conformances in the power generation process.
5. Prepare and review daily and weekly reports.
• Prepare daily reports and assist in weekly operational reports and coordination with the customer and headquarter office.
• Ensure the accuracy of the data on reports.
• Prepare operations plan (Diesel Generator units operating schedule).
6. Document actions, concessions, and instruction of non-conforming output.
7. Check equipment readiness with Maintenance Supervisor.
8. Plan and implement daily operation activities.
• Conduct a regular technical evaluation of power plant operation.
9. Prepare, monitor and control operations budget in order to ensure cost effectiveness.
10. Develop operations & maintenance SOPs.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, good housekeeping, energy conservation guidelines and environmental regulations.
• Ensure that plant safety is in place and in practice at all times.
• Supervise and execute operations and maintenance jobs and ensure that they all comply with acceptable standards and safety.
11. Coordinate with Plant Manager on shifting and change schedule of operations personnel.
• Responsible for operations resources management.
• Coordinate with other departments on operations requirements.
12. Responsible for operations by-product waste management.
13. Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on maintenance servicing, overhauls and test/commission activities.
14. Conduct periodic implementation of all EHS identified drills related to emergency preparedness procedure.
• Formulate and implement corrective and preventive action to EHS target non-conformances.
15. Ensure implementation of lock out/tag outs and hot work permit on all plant activities that require such documentation.
16. Comply with company policies, safety and security rules and code of conduct.
17. Perform other duties that may be assigned by Plant Manager.

Maintenance Summary:

 Manage and 12 MW Power generation GAS & Diesel Generators CATs.
 Maintain 55 AC Unites and Chiller.
 Site constriction management.
 All Electrical Installation, repairing and also manage all factory electrical as well as Mechanical Operations.
 Also manage Compressor, Steam Boilers, and Plumbers, Elect, AC Tech, Fire Fighting Engine & staff.
 Manage 7000 staff and 23 Depts. complains and new installation.
 Also Coordinate with Compliance Dept and resolve all utility issue as directed by Compliance Dept.
 Coordinate with All type Vendors local and International.
 Manage Compressor Dept. (Service and Operation).
 Manage Commercial Power Supply.
 Reported on progress at weekly team meetings.
 Looking after duty roster & shift staff.
 AC & DC Power Manage though power control panels

 Making modifications and recommending alternatives as needed..
 Check performance Diesel Generator 150 KVA, 300 KVA & 400 KVA O&M daily basis.
 Also handle Siemens & Emersion rectifiers120 AMP each.
 Management of an Electrical and Instrument Maintenance group.
 Materials management of Electrical and Instrumentation products

Successfully done different project in multiple Orgiznation i.e. Hospitals, Oil Sectors and Cooperate sectors, Satellite link & AC-DC Power Panels installation Project in PAK ARAB REFINERY, PPL, OMV GAS FIELD, THE AGA KHAN HOSPITAL, TABBA HEART, PSO, ICI, BYCO PETROL, ETC...
I have done PSO (Pakistan State Oil) and manager Power system in over all Pakistan PSO terminals.
Also provide Technical support and installation at OMV Pakistan Gas field at (SARAWAN).
Hand on experience in Hazardous Area Electrical and Instrumentation and Electrical Equipment's and Installations.
Installation of a Satellite link & manage Power from Substation at BOSICOR (Byco) Oil refinery with connect PSO (Pakistan State Oil) Pakistan Petroleum Ltd, PAK ARAB refineries and head office and also done Construction under supervision, Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of HV/LV Electrical Equipments, Power Systems, and Instrumentation for Oil, Gas, Petro-chemicals Plants, Refineries.
